Your cycle is some of the most personal data you have. Fortuity Cycle is built so that it stays yours, and so that the only thing that ever leaves your phone is the view you deliberately choose to share.

Where your data lives

Everything you log is stored on your device and, with your permission, in Apple Health. That is the record. We do not keep a copy of your history on our servers.

Nothing uploads until you invite someone

If you never share, nothing about your cycle ever leaves your phone. When you invite a partner or a family member, only the projection you chose for that person goes to our server so their link can show it: your current phase, the upcoming windows, and symptoms only if you selected that option. Your full history and your email are never part of it.

What a shared link shows, and stopping it

A share link resolves to one person's projection and nothing else. Each person you invite sees only what you set for them, you can change it at any time, and stopping a link takes effect immediately: the next time that link is opened, it no longer works.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data, and we do not share or broker it to anyone.
• There are no ads in the app, and no advertising SDK.
• There is no third-party analytics on your cycle data. The app keeps a small on-device count of which features are used, by a fixed list of feature names only: never your cycle, your symptoms, your dates, or your email.
• We do not track you across other apps or websites.

Apple Health

Fortuity Cycle reads the cycle history already in Apple Health so your predictions work from the start, and writes the periods and symptoms you log back to Apple Health so your record stays complete and portable. Apple Health access is under your control in the Health app, and you can turn it off there at any time.

Deleting your data

Delete everything from the app's settings and your record is removed from the device. Anything already written to Apple Health stays there, under your control, until you remove it in the Health app. To remove a shared projection from our server, stop its link.

Children

Fortuity Cycle is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
